Description

1 beaded bag has filigree pierced metal arrow shaped clasp.
1 blue looped beads sewn onto thightly knitted black pouch which could use repair of the loops which should be threading the drawstring wrist loop…….This repair should be done by someone with good eyes.
1 Black silk rectangular bag large enough for a cellphone. Has a Pearl beaded clasp across the full opening of the bag. This bag has probably enjoyed 1000 operatic performances….it is still beautiful, and elegant even though It is more than 50 years old.
1 larger bag with brass clasp has the same what appears to be Japanese couple near a pagoda and a bridge in a garden all achieved in very thin threaded needlework. My guess is that it is machine made.
It is in as new condition.
.5 small black bag with brass clasp has a plasticized lining which would presumably be suited for lipstick and rouge. It has a charming
petti point design on one side.
I have used the beaded bags as table top folk art display.In my opinion one cannot have too many evening bags.
