late Victorian silver plated oval serving dish with pivoting dome top plus 1 shallow dish over the hot water compartment. Scroll brackets meeting fluted legs ending in claw feet. Bone handled ball knob on lid.
There is a makers mark which appears to be the name Clark . The rest of the marks will be left to the experts
Size: 13,7” across x 7.8” wide x 7.8” high
Condition:was used for serving vegetables at our family dinners but the piece is substantial and appears to have survived well.
Origin: purchased in antique store in London.
