Traditional Tibetan buddistic cultural woodblock printed on hand made rice paper.
For those familiar with Tangka subject matter…. this design "Green Droma" is from Eastern Tibet in the early 19th and 20ieth century
The knives and chisels used to carve the wood blocks are very fine in order to achieve the effect of an inked -on line drawing .
condition: has fold lines but not torn.
